The First Gun went off for the Round Robin of the BMW Berlin Match Race
Markus Wieser competing with Mads Ebler opened the first race of the round robin and therefore this year Berlin Match Race. Conditions were marked by good winds and some rain.
The follow-up teams were started briefly after, to allow sailing each against each other in the round robin of the 12 teams.
